The teenage years can be challenging enough without feeling self-conscious about crooked teeth or unbalanced jaws. The teenage years are the ideal time for orthodontic care as this is most often when all the adult teeth are present and the jaws are still growing.
Having treatment in your teens lets us take advantage of the natural growth that is happening. This usually means quicker, more efficient and stable treatment results. Most treatment during the teenage years lasts around 2 years although it will vary between individuals.

Clarity braces use translucent ceramic brackets so they’re less visible than metal braces. This helps reduce the chances of food getting stuck in your braces in the first place, making them a hygienic treatment option. These are similar to traditional metal braces but instead use ceramic or other materials that are less noticeable and often match the colour of your teeth. This makes them a discreet way to improve your smile.
Invisalign treatment comprises a set of virtually undetectable aligners made from clear plastic which makes them ideal for adults and teenagers who don’t want any orthodontic treatment to be noticeable. The aligners are custom designed using 3D technology to sit comfortably on your teeth and will gently move them until they’re in the desired position. They can be removed for eating, drinking, brushing your teeth or for attending a special event. Great results without all the limitations with braces!
